This year we spent Christmas in Idaho with the entire Meikle family. All 36 family members made the trek ranging from a 2 minute drive to a 34 hour drive. It was a wonderful and memorable Christmas.

During our entire 10 day stay in Idaho we only had one snow day. Sad. But we took advantage for as long as we could endure the cold.

Watching Tangled with Grandma Meikle. Kyla adores that movie and sings along to all the songs.

Have you ever heard of Agricola? It is a German board game that takes roughly 20 minutes just to explain how to play it. This game kept us up into the wee hours of the morning a few too many times.

Kyla and her girly cousins huddled around their favorite toy.

Kyla was a sheep for the family nativity. Let's just say the participation was a little weak. She was off in her own little dancing world throughout the entire nativity production, as well as the family talent show that followed.

Christmas morning was great. We had 5 families piled in the family room and there were presents and wrapping paper pieces everywhere. Kyla loved opening presents this year, but it took a while to get through them all because she needed time to play with and enjoy each one before moving on. She also loves her new snowman jammies.
Looks like a wonderful Christmas!
ReplyDeleteWe have Agricola! It's so intense I'm not gonna lie that Mike can rarely convince me to play it.... sure wish you guys were closer so we could all play together. Mike would be in heaven! Your Christmas looked wonderful-- I'm glad that you got to spend it with all of Nate's family!
